As a multi-disciplinary artist, Suzi (a.k.a ANTIMONI) employs techniques that range from painting to needlework, photography to print, in her quest to navigate the world through a colourful exploration of magic and mystery.
As comfortable sitting at a computer weaving a story as she is expressing herself through paint on canvas, Suzi is intrigued by the human experience and the myriad ways in which we communicate and identify with one another. To her, creativity is a visual language that enables the expression of thoughts and emotions otherwise difficult to convey, a principal she strives to cultivate in her work as an arts facilitator.
ANTIMONI has been involved with a variety of projects including the production of scenic art for festivals, the curation of group exhibitions and the sale of work at events such as the PAGES International Artist Book Fair. Currently she works as an artist and arts facilitator with venues around the city, including Bristol Museums and Art-K, leading creative workshops for both adults and children.
